Sampling and chopping vinyl, recording weird street noises, and creating new synth patches is an art unto itself. Taking a sound or a vinyl bit and changing it… manipulating it… mangling it until it’s no longer recognizable from the original. When it comes to sampling vinyl there’s a certain kind of joy from taking something old and turning it into something new.
Creating samples and sound packs for you to use in your own productions is an obsession of mine. The weirder the better I say because how many kicks and snares can one person endure combing through. I like to create sounds and loops that inspire and maybe take you somewhere else in your production. A place I would have never imagined.

About Me - The Sound Designer
I’m a professionally trained sound designer with a love for subtractive synthesis and sampling vinyl. I love going to record stores and digging through the bargain bins for something weird and obscure… bringing it home and dropping the needle on the vinyl and just searching for something special.
Creativity is important to me when it comes to producing music but especially when creating new sounds and loops. Presets are great but sometimes tweaking a sound just a little can make all the difference between ordinary and unique.
My tools are my record player, an interesting piece of vinyl, Native Instruments Maschine and Ableton Live.
